When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

Do I need insurance for the items I am storing?
Yes, we require all of our customers to carry insurance. Contact your insurance agent. Homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policies may cover items stored at a storage facility.

How do I make a payment?
You can pay by mailing a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically charged to your credit card or deducted from your bank account.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
No.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can use the Space Estimator on our website or call us for assistance.

How do I keep my belongings dry?
Temperature and humidity swings may create condensation on concrete floors. We offer pallets to keep your belongings off the floor. We have gutters and a drainage system to properly drain rain and melting snow.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, grills and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
No.
